We have been involved in teaching First Aid for over 15 years and our trainers hold the City and Guilds teaching certificate (PTLLS) qualification. We have experience of teaching to a wide ranging audience including members of the armed forces, the police and many public and private sector businesses.
We are not the biggest but we are aiming to be the very best at what we do.
About Us
Firstaider Training provides high quality, independant and professional First Aid training to large and small organisations, both locally and nationally. We have been involved in teaching First Aid for over 15 years and provide the same courses that the Voluntary Aid Societies (St John Ambulance, Red Cross, etc) provide.
All our courses are run in a relaxed and friendly manner and are fully accredited to the national governing bodies including Ofsted, the HSE and Ofqual, and are taught to the latest guidelines recommended by the UK Resuscitation Council. We are a registered training centre (No: 0904452) and offer accredited, nationally recognised qualifications in First Aid. We have a dedicated quality assurance process ensuring that our training remains current and our trainers continue to provide an excellent service. We work in complience with the Assessment Principles for First Aid Qualifications which can be found on the Skills for Health website (www.skillsforhealth.org.uk).
All our trainers and assessors are experienced Military and Emergency first aid practitioners who are able to bring real life practical skills and knowledge to our courses. Our instructors all hold the City and Guilds teaching certificate (PTLLS) qualification and are full members of the Institute for Learning.
We are proud to be associated with First Aid Awards and Qualsafe, both leading companies within the UK for specialised training in First Aid.
