Money for nothing

I had my field sprayed six weeks ago and the weeds and ragwort are still in the field the chemicals didn't work to kill the ragwort and weeds. I understand the ground was dry and the chemicals didn't work but I paid £200 for a service and didn't get what I paid for. I got back InTouch with Dave Clayton and he said the field wanted topping he asked for pictures which we sent. He told me he was coming out to do it for me but now he's decided I've got to pay more money to get it topped which I'm not willing to do. I've felt fobbed off all the time excuses after excuses. I tried to use sheers to cut some weeds but being disabled I just can't do it I tried for three hours and have blisters on my hands. I've now lost £200 for nothing. It's a total disgrace I don't recommend him and I will not use him again.
